We work in five separate teams within three asset classes:

Private Equity

Funds

Egeria Funds is currently investing its fifth fund with a total equity commitment of €800 million. We invest in healthy businesses in the Netherlands and the DACH region with an enterprise value of up to €350 million with the underlying principle that management is co-owner. Our investment horizon is between five and seven years on average. Our interest lies in businesses with growth potential that are active in a market with attractive prospects.

Evergreen

The Evergreen fund has an indefinite lifetime and committed capital of €700 million, with flexibility in terms of timing and allocation and a typical holding period of 10+ years. We have an international investment focus on European and North American companies that are globally active in niche industries. Our goal is to hold a portfolio of five to seven platform companies.

Real Estate

Development (ERED)

Egeria Real Estate Development (ERED) (re)develops real estate projects in the Randstad region (NL). ERED’s main focus is on complex projects in inner-city areas in which, for example, vacant office buildings are transformed into homes.

Investments (EREI)

Egeria Real Estate Investments (EREI) invests in commercial and residential real estate in category A1 locations in the Netherlands, Germany and the United States.

Listed Investments

Egeria Listed Investments makes its investments by taking out minority interests in listed companies based in Europe and North America. In doing so, Egeria acts as an involved long-term shareholder.
